Compact electrical automotive training equipment designed for educational use. This unit reproduces a working diesel fuel injection system with two direct injectors and two indirect injectors. It includes a low-pressure feed circuit, a high-pressure injection circuit, and operational gauges. The in-line injection pump is driven by a 220 V geared electric motor. Fuel atomization is demonstrated using visible glass bulbs. The system also allows simulated breakdowns for diagnostic training. All components are mounted on a mobile frame with wheels for easy classroom mobility.
