Trainer includes an inline 4-cylinder or 6-cylinder marine diesel engine, equipped with full mechanical systems. Powered by a 220 V electric motor, the crankshaft rotates at low speed for demonstration. The unit is fitted with a closed-loop cooling system, mechanical fuel injection system, lubrication circuit, and air intake path. Internal parts such as pistons, valves, camshaft, rocker arms, and injection components are cut open, painted for identification, and chrome-plated for wear resistance. Mounted on a steel frame with wheels for mobility.
