Fully functional hybrid car training model, mounted on a mobile chassis, integrates all hybrid car systems. Presenting hybrid systems, LPG supply, body, and chassis structures, as well as passive and active safety systems.
To ensure the highest safety standards, the Protective Tools Set EHVS01 must be included with all orders of our Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Trainers. This essential set is designed to provide comprehensive protection and support for users during training sessions. If the EHVS01 Protective Tools Set is not required, please contact our managers to adjust your quotation accordingly.
A hybrid system combines an internal combustion engine with one or more electric motors. Energy is stored in a high-voltage battery, which powers the motors for electric-only driving or assists the engine during acceleration. Regenerative braking recovers energy, while a power control unit manages energy flow between the battery, motors, and auxiliary systems. Plug-in hybrids add the ability to charge from an external power source for longer electric-only driving ranges.
The trainer offers real OEM Toyota systems in a safe, controlled classroom environment. Instructors can demonstrate energy flow, diagnostics, CAN bus communication, and safety system operations. Its mobile design, fault simulation options, and reset functions make it ideal for repeated lessons at different training levels.
Students gain knowledge in:
- Operating principles of plug-in hybrids and power split devices.
- Diagnosing and monitoring high-voltage systems via OBD and oscilloscopes.
- Safe shutdown and maintenance of HV batteries and inverters.
- Studying ABS, stability control, and airbag safety systems.
- Practicing charging and hybrid/electric driving evaluations
Hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles use complex powertrains that combine electric motors, high-voltage batteries, and traditional engines. Training equipment ensures students safely learn real-world diagnostic and repair procedures, system monitoring, and fault detection—skills essential for future automotive technicians.
It is a fully functional training platform based on the Toyota Prius III plug-in hybrid. Mounted on a mobile chassis, it allows students and instructors to study real hybrid systems including the high-voltage battery, inverter, motor-generators (MG1/MG2), internal combustion engine, CAN bus communication, and safety systems. It enables hands-on diagnostics, energy flow observation, and safe high-voltage maintenance practice.
