Sections of the car roof, one side of the front fender, and interior door trim are open and removed to expose parts clearly, safely, and visibly. The high-voltage battery is open and covered with safety glass for secure access to all essential components.
  • High voltage wires running from the battery to the engine compartment are visible through safety glass. Safe and convenient access for maintenance high voltage fuse that disconnects battery. The inverter, with the top cover removed for structural learning, is covered with safety glass.
  • Perform various system measurements, monitor real parameters, and engage in diagnostic tasks using multiple tools like OBD diagnostic scan tool, oscilloscope, the gas analyzer, the exhaust extraction system or air conditioning service station and more.
  • Engine is equipped with liquefied petroleum gas supply system (LPG) to understand the structure and operation of the system.  Gas filling valve wit adapter is installed at the petrol/gasoline filling point, gas cylinder is installed in the space wheel place. Pressure gauge, gas filling and supply lines, safety valve are visible.
  • Understand the operation of ABS, stability control, and airbag systems with exposed and deactivated components for detailed study.
  • Use OBD 16-pin diagnostic connectors for comprehensive fault code management and live data monitoring. Learn to read/erase fault codes, control or configure control unit, test actuator.
